AN
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9500, AS
AMENDEDi,TU'IONING'ORDINANCE OP THE CITY OP
MIAMI., :FLORIDA,. RELATING TO SPt-S DESIGN
PLAZA' - COMMERCIAL - RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT,
SECTION 1587, MINIMUM OFFSTREET PARKING, BY
ADDING NEW PARAGRAPH 3 PROVIDING A
CONDITIONAL EXCEPTION FOR RESTAURANTS UNDER
1800 SQUARE PEET IN FLOOR AREA: CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION,. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Design District has a need for additional '
restaurants to serve the clients and employees of the area; and
the proposed amendment would not generate

this matter deems it advisable and in the best interest of the
general welfare of the City of Miami; and its inhabitants to amend
Ordinance No. 9500 as hereinafter set forth: ,.
