A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK OF
CAMPANELLA CONSTRUCTION CORP. AT A TOTAL COST
OF $14*028.90 FOR N.W. 1 AVENUE SANITARY
SEWER REPLACEMENT PROJECT CIP PROJECT NO.
351280 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF
$7,205.76

WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated January 240 1989

between the City of Miami, Florida and Campanella Construction
k
Corp; for 'N.W. 1 AVENUE SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT PROJECT C.I.P.
Project No. 351280; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed by
Campanella Construction Corp. and they have furnished the
required documentscertifying that all bills for labor and
materials have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid
contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Director of the
Department of Public Works recommend that. the completed work be
accepted and final payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI$ FLORIDA:
AT
Section 1. The completed work p performed by Campanella
Construction Corp. for N.W. 1 AVENUE SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT

PROJECT C.I.P. Project No. 351280 is hereby accepted at a total
cost of $74,028.50.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami are

hereby authorized to pay Campanella Construction Corp. a balance
of $7,205.75 as full and final payment for all work performed and
