CLARX AS SPECIAL COUNSEL IN MATTERS PRIMARILY RELATED TO LEGISLATION AND SPECIAL PROJECTS HANDLED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE ON AN ANNUAL BASIS COMMENCING SEPTEMBER 18, 1989, WITH TOTAL COMPENSATION FOR SAID SERVICES NOT TO EXCEED $60,000 AND WITH MONIES THEREFOR BEING ALLOCATED FROM LAW DEPARTMENT BUDGETED FUNDS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDAs Section 1. The City Attorney is hereby authorized to engage the legal services of Robert F. Clark, Esq., primarily in connection with matters involving legislation and special projects of the City Attorney's Office commencing September 18, 1989 for a twelve month period, with total compensation for said services not to exceed $60,000 payable in equal monthly installments, and with monies therefor being hereby allocated from Law Department Budgeted Funds.
