The total cost of this purchase is estimated to be $5,322.00, in which funds are available from the operating budget of the Department of General. Services Administration, Property Maintenance Division. BACKGROUND: The General Services Administration Department has analyzed the bid received pursuant to bid #88-89-077, to furnish and install a 30-Zone Annunciator Panel and PIR Infra Red units at the City Administration Building. Of the approximate twenty-five (25) - bids (and seventeen (17) courtesy bids) distributed, only one (1) bid was received. In that Protect Services, Inc., was evaluated as a responsive bidder meeting specifications, it is recommended that they be granted the award -of -bid. The total cost of this purchase is estimated to be $5,322.00, in which. funds are available for the FY188-89 Operating Budget of, the General Services Administration Department, Property Maintenance Division, as indicated below.
