I am Bonny ion my constant imposing on you in xegands
to this matters, but I need my $815. back, and I hope you can get it -
On me.
On Juty 5, 1989, 1 met with Asst. City managers Sexgio Rodn.iguez
in his o b i.iee. Present was my each antagonist, the even biased
Adrs.ienne Fxiesnex, stilt weating hen bt.indexs and st.itt has not
teanned the d.ibienenee between a one stony bname nes.idence and a sotal
sturdy outhouse. Had I known that Mx. Rodn.iguez was going to abide
by he judgement. I would not have wasted M. Rodn.iguez on my time.
1 wish to apot.igize to Mx. Rodxiguez bon taking up his time.
However alt was not in vain. A t iew ent.ighten devetopments
did occur. As 1 was teay.ing Mx. Rodn.iguez's ()Wee, 1 walked down the
stains with the City Managers, Mx. Cesar Od.io. I remarked to Mt. Od.Lo
.thatl neeeied no satis 6act.ion £nom that meeting. Mt. Od.io nept.ied,
"Thats to bad because 1 head yours tettens and I known that you axe
night ".Those ate the words Lrsom a neat eounageous gentteman, ours
City managers. I know of the autonomy of the City Atty (Mice, to bad.
MA. Fn.ies ner kept pointing to the picture o i the outhouse
and tny4ng to conv.ience me that that LA the one stony bname house nesidence
the Inspectors axe tatk.ing aboutShe states that the Insp. went by the
pnm.i.ses the day be.one the meeting (4/8/86 and took p.ietuxes of the
xes.idence. , 162 N. W. 71 St.That is a LIB on as its Batted in the
tegat jargon, an embett.ishment of the ttuth. The iaets prove the
xes.i.dence 162 N. W. 71 St. had btown down and most oecarted away 7- 12 -82...
The p.Lctune o the outhouse and the can was taken by HUU Metro Insp.
Henny McB4.ide and it was the basis on the tetten £nom the City o l 5
9- 17 -85. Aitet which the cant and the outhouse were removed 6nom the
pxoperty. A6 Lox pictures, yes, City Insp. Knox did take quite a iew.
Reat good entanged etoseups, but they were not of the non existing
xesLdences called 162 N.W. 71 St., .instead theywere of the duptez,
which is on the same tot, but .ident.ii ed by the numbers 164 -166 NW 71 St.
Those p.Lctutes I o b6 exued .in MA. Fx ies nens £otder, and when I wanted
to ctosety examine them, she quLckty closed the £Leee and said they ate
.ixxevetant. Irnevatant my eye, they axe very xetevant and prove what
I said £nom the beginning, there were to many cooks invotved(Metro)
and they got there numbers mixed up. Next page
Page 2 - - -; 7 -9 -89
In taking to a City Inspeeton about this matter, he Lntonmed in
that they neven .take just one p.i.eta& of the bwUdLng in question
and neven tnom a tan distance. That aft pLctunes must be entanged c
ctos cups and tnom aft sides o t the bu.itd.i,ng , showing in deta.it
the deten.ionat.ion and hazand4.They must be so clean so as one could
almost count the missing na.its .... Such were the p.ictunes that Ma.
Fne.isnen quickty hid tnom mine and Mn. Rodn.iguers view.
I know a tot of Lawyers embettish the .truth, d.i.stont the tact,
and my to contuse the .issue to protect there clients. Some
arse Overzealous .But this should not be the case in a s.impee ennon by
the City and HUV. We axe only asking ton honesty and in ta.inness
the return o t my mo n4.es . Ms . Fne.is nen s ho utd do weft working ton a
Lange ConoponatLon. They play this game aft the time.
I have asked ton a hean.ing betone the City Commission on this
matters. I advised MA. Flies nen to have I ns p MaB'Lde and 1 ns p Knox
pnestent. She tn.ied to tennon.ize me by saying that .is my nespons.ibit.ity.
It thats what she bet.ieves, thats tine with me.
Because o t the new Commission 'Luting, 1 am totd my eat e
may be heand in Sept, on Oct, ox whenever.
This is my request, .is the commission, based on the facts
submitted and Mn. Od.iot tatement that he knows I am /tight is not
enough to conve.ince you to authon.ize the City Finance D.inecton to
nand me aft monies, plus .intenst (they changed me 12 %) , then I
must nespecttutty request that this issue be heand no later than
the Oct. ,19 89 meeting . I t it isn't, then 1 w.itt have to bite my Count
action in smatt cta.ims Count, at which time I wJtt ask the Judge
to titans ten the case to C.incuit Count, to appoint an Attorney Lox
a class action suit based on wnongtut Liens and a recent Count
decision by the FtonLda 2nd V.ist.ict Count of Appeats .
16 the City Commission does not want to hears my case, then
please nepLy in wLLtLng so I can use that in Count to prove that I
at least tn.ied to seek an Adm.inistnat.ive net.iet betone pnoceed.Lng
