Authorizing an increase in the number of assistant city attorneys employed in the Law Department from nineteen to twenty-one such attorneys, with the need for the additional positions having been created as a result of increased activity and litigation in the areas of workers' corr~ensation, construction claims, labor relations and code enforcement; said positions to be funded through the monies appropriated in the budgets of the Department of Building and Zoning and the Department of Law, respectively; containing a repealer provision and a severability clause. 2B.
