The estimated amount for " the refurbishing of the Miami Police Department Headquarters this, Building Air -Conditioning System is $75,000.00. Funds for Administration, purpose are available in the General Services Property Maintenance Division, Account P420401-670. BACKGROUND: The Department of General Services Administration, Property _ Maintenance Division, pursuant to the discovery of serious the Miami Police deterioration to the Air -Conditioning System at initiated _ Department Headquarters Building, 401 N.W. 2nd Avenue, by Building Systems _ an evaluation and/or assessment as conducted and Services, a Division of the Carrier Corporation. In general, we found the HVAC system to be in poor condition. The following is a list of deficiencies which we feel are contributing to the cooling problems in the building.
