ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 28, 1999, BY CREATING A"NEW SECTION 2..1, DEBT SERVICE FUND, FOR THE PURPOSE OE FORMALIZING CITY COMMISSION ACTIONS AND IMPLEMENTING OTHER AMENDATORY CHANGES; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 10648, the Annual_,Appropriations Ordinance, on September 20, 1989, establishing revenues and appropriat for the City of Miami, Florida, for the Fiscal ear ing 5 ptember 30, 1990; and WHEREAS, amendat ry d t nts to the FY'90 appropriations ordinance are o lin rain together with the expla i for said ad stm to and WH E , St to Revenue Sharing f in 2, 0 ,000 was deeignat d as a sec da y pled i� e, 1989 ,for the $1G,000, 0 Florida eagu o C ti a an for Orange Bowl Renovational and WHEREAS, this pled led with an additional $466,000 of operating revenue fro the Orange Bowl must be recorded separately in the Orange Bowl Fund, and at year end the unused balance will be transferred to the General fund; and WHEREAS, the Orange Bowl Warehouse Bond Fund will expire during Fiscal Year 1990 because the bonds will be amortized by December 1989 and the estimated excess cash of $135,000 can be transferred to the General Fundj and WHEREAS, Melreese Golf Course FY'89 retained earnings, in the amount of $20,000, will be appropriated into its FY'90 Budget to pay for the. removal of 18 Ficus Trees approved by Resolution No. 89-600; and WHEREAS, the City Commission approved the City Managers recommendation to establish an Unsafe structures hoard and increase Code Enforcement efforts throughout the City; and
