Dear Chief of Police
This invoice represents your prorated share of the operating expenses
for the Court Standby Program for FY22123 which begins on October 1,
2022. Each agency is invoiced based on their corresponding number
of traffic, domestic violence, and misdemeanor 2021 court cases
processed through the State Attorney Office's at the main court house
(please see attached report). The annual budget is set at $386,480.
The program cost decreased by $128,991 from the previous year
primarily due to several vacancies. Vacancies are expected to be filled
by end of fiscal year. Furthermore, individual invoices may have
increased or decreased sioniicarit!v from thr p^or year uU, i*3 i,IICI v'S
in ag:.ncy enforcement activity during 2021 and any change in program
cost.
