J-89-1102(a) 11/13/89 RESOLUTION NO. 89`1168 A RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE ZONING BOARD'S AFFIRMATION OF THE PLANNING DIRECTOR'S DECISION TO APPROVE CLASS C SPECIAL PERMIT, FILE NO. C-89-1301, WITH CONDITIONS, FOR THE PROPOSED OFFICE BUILDING TO BE LOCATED AT 2701 DAY AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN), AS PER PLANS ON FILE, ZONED RO-2.1/6 RESIDENTIAL OFFICE AND ADOPTING AND INCORPORATING THE FINDINGS OF THE PLANNING DIRECTOR. WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of October 16, 1989, Item No. 2, adopted Resolution ZB 111-89 by a nine to zero vote (9 - 0), denying the appeal and affirming the Planning Director's decision of August 1, 1989, to issue a Class C Special Permit, File No. C-89-1301, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the Apogee Association has taken an appeal to the City Commission from the Zoning Board's decision; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, after careful consideration of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to confirm the issuance of said Class C Special Permit, File No. C 89-1301; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The preamble of this resolution is incorporated and made a part hereof as though restated and set forth herein. Section 2. The findings of the Planning Director set forth in the Class C Special Permit, File No. C-89-1301, dated August 1, 1989 are adopted and incorporated herein by reference. r� y Section 3.
