City Manager that competitive sealed bidding method was not
practicable nor advantageous to the City for the removal of PCI3
contaminated transformers and debris, thereby "justifying a Valuer
of such bidding method.
All interested parties are invited to appear and may be heard
conceming the waiver of IN competitive, bid method for the
removal of the PCB transformers and debris. Should any person
desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with reawt
to any matter considered at this hearing, that poison shall enaure

SALT JUAN (UPI) Una inspecci6n inmediata de todos los nego.
cios que se dedlcan a Is vents de comidas, bebidas o centros de es-
parcimiento del Viejo San Juan fue solicitada at Departamento de
Salud por la Asamblea Municipal de la capital.
Una ordenanza a tales efectos, recaba la inspecci6n. de los servicios
sanitarios y certificados de salud de los empleados de tales negocios
y que los resultados se hagan pdblicos pars tranquilidad de los usua-
rios de los mismos.
En el Viejo San Juan, de acuerdo a Is ordenanza, se han establecido
en los tiltimos cinco rhos una serie de negocios donde acuden en bus.
