BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following individuals are hereby appointed as members on the Code Enforcement Board, effective February 11, 1990, to serve terms ending February 10, 1993: NAME, JULIO GONZALEZ REBULL, JR. Odio DATE: hoke JAN 3 019"il FILE: SUBJECT: Code Enforcement Board Appointment REFERENCES: City Manager ENCLOSURES 21 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Commission approve the .attached Resolutions appointing three individuals to the Code Enforcement Board. BACKGROUND The Code Enforcement. Board has three vacancies as of February 129 1990. These vacancies are due to the expiration of three-year terms held by Carlos Arboleya, Jr. (attorney), Michael Zogby (general contractor); and to Daniel Perez-Zarraga (architect), who was appointed September 14, 1989, to an unexpired term. Section 2-392 of the City Code provides for a seven -member Code Enforcement Board for enforcing technical codes of the City of Miami. -which, whenever possible, shall consists of an architect, a businessperson, an engineer, a general contractor, a subcontractor, and a realtor. Listed below are the names, occupations and terms of appointment for all current Code Enforcement Board members.
