ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONINr ATLAH OF
ORDINANCE NO. 9500, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
1315-1325 SOUTHWEST 2 AVENUE AND
120-186 SOUTHWEST 13 STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA
(MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN), FROM
RQ-3/7 RESIDENTIAL OFFICE TO CR-2/7
COMMERCIAL RESIDENTIAL (COMMUNITY); AND BY
MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE
NO* 37 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at iGs ng of

NOWT THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE C2TY

Section 1. The toning Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, as
amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, is
hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of
13I5-1325 Southwest 2 Avenue and 120•-186 Southwest 13 Street,
Miami, F1orlda, more particularly described as Lots 1, 21 3, 17,
18, 19, and 20, less expressway right-of-way, and all of Lots 4j
5 and 6, Block 94 South, A.L. KNOWLTON'S MAP or MIAMI, as
recorded in Plat Hook 41, of the public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 94 South, MZAM3 HEIGHTS,

Dade County, Florida, from HO-3/7 Residential Office to
CR 2/7 Commercial Residential (Community);
