INITIATE LEGISLATION TRANSFERRING
RESPONSIBILITY FOR FUTURE DESIGNATION OF
HISTORIC PROPERTIES FPOM THE ZONING ORDINANCE
TO THE CITY CODE, THEREBY, GIVING THE
HERITAGE CONSERVATION BOARD THE AUTHORITY TO
DESIGNATE HISTORIC PROPERTIES; FURTHER
STIPULATING THAT SAID DECISION MAY BE
APPEALED BY THE PUBLIC OR BY THE CITY

COGNIZANCE OF THE PROVISIONS OF ALL TECHNICAL
CODES AND STANDARDS WHICH HAVE BEEN EXPRESSLY
