Northwest Corner of S.W. 34th Avenue and S.W. 22nd Terrace Coral Way Building Corporation Dear Gloria: - In connection with the Application for Amendment to Zoning Atlas and Application to Amend the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan, being filed today, I wish to advise that the proposed• change being sought is in harmony with the neighborhood and the established land use patterns. The property is adjacent to a commercially zoned property and S.W. 22nd Terrace has other commercially zoned - property that is being utilized with the frontage on Coral Way. This proposed change would have a positive impact on the property values in adjacent areas, and to limit the uses of the subject property when other properties along 22nd Terrace are zoned commercially would be a deprivation of property rights for this individual owner.
