In order to move this project forward, it is necessary that t:he City facilitate the final plat of the property prior to the transfer of ownership to the Allapattah Business Development Authority. As you maybe aware, tentatively plat approval from the City's Street and Plat Committee was secure at their December 5, 1989 meeting, subject to certain conditions being Gatisfied. This memorandum serves to identify the source of funds which will defray the cost of providing the subdivision off site improvements for the proposed development(s). Funds are available from the Affordable housing Development Program, account code 579901-340-321024 for the purpose of funding the said improvements. It is my understanding that the cost for providing the said off site improvements is approximately $135,000. It is also my understanding that the required $300 platting fee and the $200 preparation fee, plus recording fee will be waived by your Department.
