90-0331
A RESOLUTION OFFICIALLY CLOSING, VACATING,
ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING THE PUBLIC USE
OF THAT PORTION OF SOUTHWEST 6 STREET LYING
WEST OF THE WEST RIGHT--OF-WAY LINE OF SOUTH
MIAMI AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FOR AN
APPROXIMATE DISTANCE OF + 120' , TRACTS A AND
B; ALIT AS A CONDITION OF APPROVAL OF
TENTATIVE PLAT NO. 1364 "602 COMPLEX".
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its regular meeting of
February 12, 1990, Item No. 7, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution ZB 21-90 by a six to zero (6 - 0) vote,
RECOMMENDING official vacation and closure of a portion of a
street as hereinafter set forth, in accordance with all Plat and
Street Committee recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the Plat and Street Committee of the City of Miami
conditioned its approval upon the following conditions which the
applicant has agreed to comply with: orderly assemblage, use,
and development of the contiguous properties without adversely
affecting public travel; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that it is in the best
interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its
inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure of the portion of
the street in question and deems it advisable to do so;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA;
Section 1. That portion of Southwest 6 Street, lying West
of the West right-of-way line of South Miami Avenue, Miami,
Florida for an approximate distance of + 1201, Tracts A and B,
all as a condition of approval. of Tentative Plat No. 1364 "602
Complex", is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned and discontinued
for public use.

'. -he alteration, relocation or installation of utilities
such as storm and sanitary sewers, electric, telepnone,
water, etc., caused by this plat will be at the property
owner's expense. Also, utility easements may be required
on the property being platted.
3. A building permit qi l l not be issued on the property oei ng
platted until the final plat is recorded. Also, the
Certificate of Occupancy for any building construction will
be issued only after ail the required subdivision
improvements have been completed.
4. Approval for fire flow requirements must be obtained from
the Fire, Rescue and Inspection Services Department prior
to the issuance of a building permit.
