ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 11000, AS
AMENDED, THE NEW ZONING ORDINANCE OF TER CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA (EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 4,
1990). BY AMENDING ARTICLE 9. GENERAL AND
SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS, SECTION 907, LOT,
YARDS AND RELATED TERMS; DEFINITIONS. MRTBODS
FOR MEASUREMENT; GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND
LIMITATIONS. BY ADDING NOISE LIMITATIONS TO
SECTION 907.4 YARDS. GENERAL LIMITATIONS ON
OCCUPANCY; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION
AND SBVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of April 4. 1990, Item No. Xanbving an advertised hearing
adopted Resoluti No RAB!�8�O b a vote of 9 to '0P �Y •
RECOMMENDING APP VAL of amending Ord o. 11000 as
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS. the City Commis after oareful consideration of
this matter deems it advisable and in the best interest of the
general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to amend
Ordinance No. 41000 as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, TSRTIEFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI. FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 11000, as amended. the new Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, to become effeotive
September 4. 1990. is amended in the following respeots:l/
