AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP
or ORDINANCE NO. 10844, THE MIAMI
COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN 1989-2000,
FOR THE BLOCK BOUNDED BY SOUTHWEST 8T8 STREET
' AND A LINE 20 FEET SOUTH OF AND PARALLEL TO
THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SOUTHWEST 7TH
STREET, BETWBEN SOUTHWEST 42ND AVENUE AND
SOUTHWEST 43RD AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN), BY CHANGING
TEE DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL AND RESTRICTED
COMMERCIAL TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL; MAKING
FINDINGS; INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
TRANSMIT A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO AFFECTED
AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE-; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of May 16, 1990, Item No. 1, f owing an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. P 31-0, by a S to 2 0 RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of an ant to the Put;�)hensive

No. 10844, as nded, the Mi Neighborhood Plan
1989-2000, as hereinafter t o ; and
WHEREAS, the City Co ssion, after careful consideration of
this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the
general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Future Land Use Map of Ordinance No. 10344,
as amended, the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan 1989-2000.
is hereby amended by changing the designation. from Single Family
Residential and Restricted Commercial to General Commercial, for
the block bounded by Southwest 8th Street and a line 20 ftet
South of and parallel to the South right-of-way of Southwest 7th
Street, between Southwest 42nd Avenue (Southwest LeJeune Road)
and Southwest 43rd Avenue, Miami. Florida, and more particularly
described as Lots 1 through 38 less the North 20 feet of Lots 28-
34, and 38, Block 3, TRAJUNE PARK, according to the plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 14 of Page 12 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
