Honorable Mayor and Members
of the City Commission
As the City Commission noted at Its meeting of May 26, 1988, the
City of Miami has no more funds available for neighborhood street
closures. If the traffic control measures contained in Plan "B"
are adopted by the City Commission, it Is respectfully
recommended that their construction and maintenance be
voluntarily financed by the residents of the Morningside
neighborhood. The total cost for the Implementation of Plan "B"
Is estimated to be $10,000.00.
