BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following individual is hereby appointed as a member of the Miami Sports and Exhibition Authority to fill an existing vacancy in Group I, said term to expire June 27, 1991: MILTON VICKERS Vice -Mayor Miller J.
