AN ORDINANCE RDINANCRAMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF 11000 (EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 4, N o THE NEW EW ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, PLORIDA, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF APPROXIMATELY 120-1W SOUTHWEST 13TH STREET; 1SIB -1328 SOUTHWEST 9ND AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE {� PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HERRIN), FROM O-OPPIC8 TO C-1 RESTRICTED COMNERYCAL; BY MAKING i FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING ALL TSE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 37 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND SBVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of April 4. 1990, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing adopted Resolution No. PAB 17-90, by a 9 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a ohange of zoning olassifioation, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission after oareful oonsideratlon of this matter deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant I this ohange of zoning olassifioation as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Seotion 1. The Zoning (Effeotive September 4, 1990). Atlas of Ordinance No. 11000 the new Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida. is hereby amended by ohanging the zoning olassifioation, from 0-Offioe to C-1 Restrioted Commeroial, of property looated at approximately 120-186 Southwest 13th Street; 1315-1328 Southwest 2nd Avenue, Miami. Florida, more partioularly desoribed as All of Lot 4; Lots 8 M 6 less the North 10'; and those Portions of Lots 1, 2, 3. 17. 18, 19, and 20, West of the westerly right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast Railroad, and less then North 10' of said Lot 3, Blook 94 S, MIAMI (A.L. Knowlton), a000rding to the plat thereof, as reoorded in Plat Book B at Page 41 of the Publio Reoords of Dade County, Florida;
