WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its regular meeting of June 18, 1990, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing, — - adopted Resolution 56-90 by a eight to zero (8-0) vote, 1 RECOMMENDING official vacation and closure of a portion of a street as -hereinafter set forth, in accordance with all Plat and _ Street Committee recommendations; and WHEREAS, the Plat and Street Committee of the City of Miami conditioned its approval upon the following conditions which the applicant has agreed to comply with: orderly assemblage, use, and development of the contiguous properties without adversely affecting public travel; and WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that it is in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure of the alleys in question and deems it advisable to do so; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Those two East - West alleys lying within the westerly half of the block bounded by Northeast 18th .and 19th Streets, Biscayne Boulevard, and Northeast 4th Avenue; all as a condition of approval of Tentative Plat No. 1380 "Chinatown", are hereby closed, vacated, abandoned and discontinued for public use.
