In order to effectuate safe passage during the Intermerican Festival to be conducted by Miami Dade Camunity College, InterAmerican _ center, the following streets are hereby closed to through vehicular traffic y from 9;00 A.M. on October 10, 1990 through 8:00 A.M. on October 11, 1990 as specified belows Soutkwest Seventh Street from T*mty-seventh Avenue to Beacom Boulevard. i Included in the herein closure are all streets, avenues, alleys, ways and thoroughfares which intersect the gyrated areas delineated in . this Section. Pursuant to the provisions of City Code Section 39-13, all - retail peddlers' occupational licenses issued under the provisions of Chapter 31 of the City Cade, as amended, will not be valid on October 10, 1990 during the hors of 4:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. on the above designated streets and on all intersecting streets for two blocks in all directions. Section 5. The herein approvals and actions are hereby conditioned upon the organizers paying for all costs of City services associated with said event obtaining insurance coverage to protect the City in the amount as prescribed by the City Manager.
