AND LEVYING TAXES IN THE CITY Or MAXI
PLORIDAt FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCT013ER 1,, 1990, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,
1901, CONTAINING A SEVERAWLITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS,
the Dade County Property Appraiser estimates
the nonexempt valuation of taxable property, both real and
personal in the City of Miami Florida,, for the fiscal year

included in the corpo ate limits for the City of Miami by
legislative acts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF.THE CITY
OF MIA14I # FLORIDA:
Section 1. For the purpose of this Ordinance the "City of
Miami" is defined to be,, includes, and designates the City of
Miami as it now exists with its extended territorial limits as
set forth in the paragraphs prefatory hereto.
Section 2. There shall be and hereby are levied upon then.
