A RESOLUTION ZXPRESSI-140 -DEEPEST SYMPATHY AND
SINCEREST CONDOLENCES or. `tea CITY COMMISSION
ON HEHALF OF THE CITE'' Or MIAMI AND ITS
CITIZENS TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF MICHAEL
D. SPEAR AND JODI SPEAR, UPON THE UNTIMELY
DEATHS OF THESE TWO INDIVIDUALS.
WHEREAS, Michael D. Spear, President of Rouge Company, and
his daughter Jodi, recently passed away; and f
WHEREAS, Michael Spear leaves behind outstanding
contributions to the City of Miami involving the development of
Bayside Market Place; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission, on behalf
of the City of Miami and its citizens, to express its deepest
sympathy to the family and friends of Michael and Jodi Spear;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. On behalf of the citizens of the City of
Miami, the City Commission hereby conveys to the family and b
