In our meeting we were also left with the impression
that the above described process would take between
nine (9) to twelve (12) months. And it was the public
Works Staff's recommendation that we take this project
before the City of Miami Commissioners and request an
emergency statue for the project, so that we would be
able to save 1/2 of the time.
Due to the time factor, and our tremendous need, we are
respectfully requesting that this item be placed in the
Commissioners' agenda, so that we may be able to discuss
it and have this project categorized as an emergency
project, -in order that we may be able to expedite it.
We are enclosing a commitment letter from Cazo Construction
and the architectural drawings of the expansion.
Awaiting with your support, your friend always.
