WHEREAS, pursuant to public notice, sealed received June 6, 1990 for the furnishing and installation of shatterproof glass at the Miami Police Department Headquarters for the 'Department of General Services Administration/Property Maintenance Division; and WHEREAS, invitations were mailed to nineteen (19) potential suppliers and three (3) bids were received; and WHEREAS, funds for this purchase are available 'from the.
