HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-90-0783WHEREAS, pursuant to public notice, sealed bid were received August 22, 1990 for the furnishing of one high speed electronic copier duplicator on a contract basis for five (5) years for the Department of GeneralServices Administration/Graphic Reproduction Division; and WHEREAS, the Eastman Kodak Company has filed a protest in regard to this proposed acquisition; and termined by the Chief Procurement WHEREAS, it has been de Officer, in his role as the arbiter of bid protests, pursuant to Section 18-56.1, that the bid protest filed by Eastman Kodak Company be rejected as it lacks merit; and WHEREAS, the City Manager and the City Attorney concur with and approve the finding of the Chief Procurement Officer and recommend rejection of the bid protest filed by Eastman Kodak' i i Company; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY r f�: OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
