A RESOLUTION RELAXING THE TIME LIMITATIONS
CONTAINED IN THE CITY CODE ON THE CREATION OF
NOISE AND DECLARING CERTAIN NOISE
_
PROHIBITIONS CONTAINED IN SAID CODE TO BE
INAPPLICABLE TO ALLOW THE STAGING OF THE
MIAMI RIVER BLUES FESTIVAL IN THE BLOCK OF
-
SOUTH MIAMI AVENUE BETWEEN SIXTH STREET AND
SEVENTH STREET UNTIL 1:00 A.M. ON
OCTOBER 21, 1990.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The time limitations on the creation of noise
as contained in City Code Section 36-5 is hereby relaxed to allow
the staging of the Miami River Blues Festival in the block of
South Miami Avenue between Sixth Street and Seventh Street until
1:00 A.M. on October 21, 1990; further, the noise prohibitions
contained in Code Section 36-4 are hereby declared to be
inapplicable on October 20, 1990 and between 12:01 A.M. and 1:00
A.M. on October 21, 1990.

Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective`
immediately upon its adoption.`
