ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP
OF ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE MIAMI
COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN 1989-2000,
FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
3301 SOUTHWEST 22ND TERRACE, MIAMI, FLORIDA
(MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN), BY
CHANGING THE DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT
PROPERTY FROM DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL TO
RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS;
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO TRANSMIT A COPY
OF THIS ORDINANCE TO AFFECTED AGENCIES;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisor Board, at its meeting
of September 5, 1990, Item No. 4, 11 wing an advertised lic

RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of mendment to the Future Use Map
of Ordinance No. 105 4, as amended, the Mi it Comprehensive
Neighborhood n 1989-2000, as hereinaf et rth; and
WHEREAS, t e City Commia

this matter, deems it advisan in te best interest of the
general welfare of the Cityiami and its inhabitants to grant
this Comprehensive Plan chan*i as-"iereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Future Land Use Map of Ordinance No. 10544,
as amended, the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan 1989-2000,
is hereby amended by changing the designation, from Duplex
Residential to Restricted Commercial, for property located at
approximately 3301 Southwest 22nd Terrace, Miami, Florida, and
more particularly described as Lots 28, 29 and the west 15 feet
of Lot 30, less 1 foot of the southern portion of lots 28, 29 and
30, Block 4, AMENDED PLAT OF MIAMI SUBURBAN ACRES, according to
the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4 of Page 73 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
