City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant vacation and closure of the portion of the public roadway as hereir~ set forth and deems it advisable to do so; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings co Preamble to this Resolution are hereby adopted by ref and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this S ction. Section 2. That portion of Coacoochee Street rallel to and abutting the property known as 2740 and 2742 Coacooche Street, Miami, Florida, (legally described as Racey's Property as corded in Plat Book 49 at Page 64 of the Public Records of Dade unty, Florida) and measuring 10' by 42.04' as described on the s vey attached hereto as Exhibit "A", is deemed necessary for the BEN ~ ~~ 1~~/ 91 ~- x'7'7 ,;; .
