The June 11, 1991, bid of YANES EQUIPMENT, INC., in the proposed amount of $104,971.70, for the project entitled ORANGE BOWL AREA SANITARY SEWER PROJECT - PHASE II B-5596 for the total bid of the proposal, based on lump sum and unit prices, is hereby accepted at the price stated therein. Section 3. The total estimated project cost of $125,032.70 is hereby allocated from the Fiscal Year 1990-91 Capital Improvement Ordinance No. 10782, Project No. 404238. Said total project cost consists of the $104,971.70 contract cost and $20,061.00 estimated expenses incurred by the City. Section 4. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contracty on behalf of the City of Miami with YANES EQUIPMENT, INC., for ORANGE BOWL AREA SANITARY SEWER PROJECT - PHASE II B-5596, total bid of the proposal. Section 5. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. AREA SANITARY SEWER PROJECT —PHASE II, - B-5596" will be received by the City Manager and the City Cleric of the City of Miami, Florida at 11:30 a.m. on the 11th day of June, 1991, at the City Clerk's Office, first floor of the Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Dinner Key, Miami, Florida, 33131, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. The project is located on N.W. 6 Street from N.W. 14 Avenue to N.W. 15 Avenue and on N.W. 4 Street $ N.W. 5 Street extended into Orange Bowl Property. The construction will include: Approximately 1600 linear feet of 8-inch to 16-inch polyvinyl chloride pipe sewer with the deepest cut being 10t feet; Approximately 10 manholes fran 5 to 8 feet in depth; Sidewalk and pavement replacement in construction area. City regulations will allow bidders too furnish performance and bid bonds in accordance with {lesolutions No. 86-90 and W. 87-915.
