RESOLUTION NO. 9 1— 5 17
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPATHY AND
SINCEREST CONDOLENCES OF THE CITY COMMISSION
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI AND ITS
CITIZENS TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF CHARLES
WHITED, UPON HIS UNTIMELY DEATH.
WHEREAS, Charles Waited, who recently passed away, was a
newspaper columnist who truly exemplified the highest principles
of the profession of journalism; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission, on behalf
of the City of Miami and its citizens, to express its deepest
sympathy to the family and friends of Charles Whited;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. On behalf of the citizens of the City of
Miami, the City Commission hereby conveys to the family and
friends of Charles Whited, its deepest sympathy and sincerest
condolences, upon his untimely death.
Section 2. This Resolution is offered by the City
Commission as a token of its respect and esteem.
