A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT, OPENING,
READING, AND THE REFERRING TO THE CITY
MANAGER FOR TABULATION AND REPORT, THOSE BIDS
AUTHORIZED TO BE RECEIVED THIS DATE UNDER
RESOLUTION NO. 91-449, ADOPTED JUNE 20, 1991,
FOR THE SALE OF $7,000,000 SANITARY SEWER
SYSTEM BONDS AND $3,000,000 FIRE FIGHTING,
FIRE PREVENTION AND RESCUE FACILITY BONDS OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bids authorized to be received this date
under Resolution No. 91-449, adopted June 20, 1991, for the sale
of $7,000,000 Sanitary Sewer System Bonds, and $3,000,000 Fire
Fighting, Fire Prevention and Rescue Facility Bonds of the City
of Miami, Florida, are hereby acknowledged as having been
received, opened, read and referred to the City Manager for
tabulation and report.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.

ENCLOSURES.
it is respectfully recommended that the attached resolution to
receive, open, read and refer to the City Manager for tabulation
and report bids authorized to be received this date for the sale
of $7,000,000 Sanitary Sewer System Bonds and $3,000,000 Fire
Fighting, Fire Prevention and Rescue Facility Bonds of the City
of Miami, Florida, be approved.
BACKGROUND•
The City Commission approved on June 20, 1991 the sale of
$10,000,000 in general obligation bonds by public bid to fund the
cash requirements of capital improvement projects.
Once bids are received by this resolution, they will be tabulated
with the lowest bid to be recommended to the City Commission to
award the sale of the bonds.
