ORDINANCE N0. 11000, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, BY
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1$20-2010
SOUTHWEST 17TH AVENUE; 1700-1753 SOUTHWEST
19TH STREET (BOTH SIDES), MIAMI, FLORIDA
(MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN), FROM
R-2 TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO R-3 MEDIUM
DENSITY MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL AND G/I
GOVERNMENT AND INSTITUTIONAL; BY MAKING
FINDINGS; BY MAKING ALL NECESSARY CHANGES ON
PAGE N0. 39 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS; CONTAINING
A REPEALER PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the Miami Planning ~isory Board, t 'ts meeting
of June 5, 1991, Item N following a v ised public
hearing, adopted Re olu i o. PAB 36-91 a 6 to 0 vote,

hereinafter set fo h; and 1
WHEREAS, the Ci y Commissi,/o~n, ter careful consideration of
this matter, deems it a visa ~e/ a in the best interest of the
general welfare of the it of ami and its inhabitants to amend
the Zoning Atlas as her~K~'t~er set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I~ ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 11000, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, is
hereby amended by changing the zoning classification from R-2 Two
Family Residential to R-3 Medium Density Multi-Family Residential
and G/I Government and Institutional for the property located at
approximately 1820-2010 Southwest 17th Avenue; 1700-1753
Southwest 19th Street (both sides), Miami, Florida, more
particularly described as Lots 21-28 of Block 1, VENICE HEIGHTS
AMEND, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28
at Page 69 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; all of
