$50,906; ODNTAINING A P;EPF.ALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILI'rY CLAUSE.
h~EREAS, the City applied for a grant of $25,453 from the State of
Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services wxier the Emergency
Medical Services (ENLS) Matching Grant Program; and
id~EREAS, the matching grant is to support the purchase of the pre-
hospital services and items sociated with such activi ;
WHEREAS, the ~of Fire, Rescue and i Services desires
to retain one (I)Bart Accident and_F ~ Reswrce Teacher to train
teachers and st is in accident rG~tidn and first aid treatment,
utilizing grant of 5 45
the State of F1 da, Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services Ehiergerx~ Medical ices (EM5) Matching Grant Program has
offered the City of Miami a $25,453 grant-in-aid to implement purchase of pre-
hospital services and items as outlined in the City's matching grant proposal
and in the Pxea~:ble to this Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Ccmnission of the City of Miami, per Resolution
No. , accepted said grant-in-aid, and the City Manager executed the
grant agrea~nt:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORI]AINf~ BY THE ()OI~IISSICN OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,

established and resources are hereby appropriated as described herein:
