appointment of OLIVIA PEART to the OFF-STREET
PARKING BOARD OF THE CITY OF MIAMI. Ms.
Peart was nominated by Commissioner Dawkins.

PROCEED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOUTHEAST

FURTHER REQUESTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO BEGIN
EVICTION PROCEEDINGS AFTER THE OCTOBER 7TH
DEADLINE, AND TO PETITION THE BANKRUPTCY
