Dear Mr. Odio: As we approach the eighth year of our annual Sunstreet Festival, we are again seeking your assistance in assuring that the Festival is the best that it can be. In connection with our Sunstreet Festival street Festival on Saturday, December 7, 1991, we are respectfully requesting a personal appearance before the City Commission on October 3, 1991 to request that the Sunstreet Festival, Inc;. is granted the authorisation to: 1. Establish Street closure of N.W. 7th Avenue from N.W. 54th Street to N.W. 62nd Street. 2. The sale of beer and wine. ! 3. The restriction of peddlers. We are also respectfully requesting that you grant the Sunstreet Festival a waiver of all related fees that can be waived under the codes of the City of Miami.
