ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1, 2, AND 6 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 10794, THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1991" ADOPTED
SEPTEMBER 27, 1990r AS AMENDED, FOR THE
PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTING BUDGETARY ADJUSTMENTS
TO COMPLY WITH GENERALLY ACCEPTED ACCOUNTING
PRINCIPLES AS OUTLINED BY THE CITY'S EXTERNAL
AUDITORS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 10794,
the Annual
Appropriations Ordinance on
September
27,
1990,
establishing
revenues and appropriations
for the City
of
Miami,
Florida, for Fiscal Year ending Septe r 30, 1991; and
WHEREAS, amendato adj stment to she FY191 Appropriations
Ordinance are require a a re t of the following events taking

expenditures, full fund g f additional firefighter

adjustments are available from delinquent taxes ($3,350,000),
cumulative indirect cost rate applied to Community Development
Block Grant revenues ($2,000,000), Community Redevelopment
Revenue Bonds ($750,000), Utility Services taxes ($1,313,000);
