NOTICE OF PUBLIC -HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida, for the purposeof considering a waiver of the two-year
prohibition against the City's entering into an agreement with a City
officer, official or employee so employed or within two years after
leaving City employment as it applies to Mrs. Sylvia M. Mendoza for
professional services to be provided by said Mrs. Sylvia M. Mendoza, a
City employee, primarily in connection with the functions of research of
the City's Official records, administration of spedal projects and bid
processes.
All interested persons are invited to appear and be heard concerning a .
waiver of the two-year prohibition against the City's entering into said
