AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN 1989-2000, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 4370-4650 NORTHWEST 7TH STREET, (SOUTH SIDE ONLY), MIAMI, FLORIDA, (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN), BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM MEDIUM -DENSITY MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO OFFICE; BY MAKING FINDINGS; INSTRUCTING THE TRANSMITTAL OF A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
