ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP
OF ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE MIAMI
COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN 1989-2000,
FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
4370-4650 NORTHWEST 7TH STREET, (SOUTH SIDE
ONLY), MIAMI, FLORIDA, (MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN), BY CHANGING THE LAND USE
DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM
MEDIUM -DENSITY MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO
OFFICE; BY MAKING FINDINGS; INSTRUCTING THE
TRANSMITTAL OF A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO
AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of September 4, 1991, Item No. 1, following an advert sed public
hearing, adopted Resolutio No. PAB 49-91 by Ore

Neighborhoo Pla 1 9 - 000, of t hi after legally described
property 1 Lot 2 of Block RIS MANOR, according to the
plat thereo as recorded in Plat ook 46 at page 56 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida; Lot 4 of Block 2, Lot 4 of Block
{
3, and Lot 4 of Block 4, WATERMAN PARK, according to the plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19 at page 47 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida; and
