FLORIDA; BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF TRACT 3 OF SAID "RIVERSIDE PLAZA'; THENCE RUN SOUTH
24" 33' 07" WEST, ALONG A WESTERLY LINE OF SAID TRACT 3, THE SAME BEING THE SOUTHEASTERLY
