ORDINANCE N0.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE N0. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FROM R-3 MULTI-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL, FOR
THE PROPERTX LOCATED AT 5918-22 NORTHEAST 2
AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN); AND BY MAKING ALL THE
NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE N0. 13 OF SAID
ZONING ATLAS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION
AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.

WHEREAS, the City C mission, after careful consideration of

general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
