AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN 1989-2000, FOR THE PROPERTY BEHIND APPROXIMATELY 5918- 5922 NORTHEAST 2ND AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN), BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM MEDIUM DENSITY MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; INSTRUCTING THE TRANSMITTAL OF A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. { WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board ,l a' its, meeting �II of October 16, 1991, Item No. 2, following �ap� advertised public hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB ,55."91, by a 7 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROi/ Af, of an amendm6nt ,"'t the Future Land Use Map /" P of Ordinance No. �1OS44, as amp ded, the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Pl�n 1989-2000, as hereinafter set forth; and WHERji'S, the City Commission, after careful consideration of this mattek, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: z� ,
