ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP
OF ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE MIAMI
COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN 1989-2000,
FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 351
NORTHWEST 5TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN), BY CHANGING
THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT
PROPERTY FROM HIGH DENSITY MULTI -FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL TO RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL; MAKING
FINDINGS; INSTRUCTING THE TRANSMITTAL OF A
COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO AFFECTED AGENCIES;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Bq rd, at its meeting
of October 16, 1.991_, _._Item No. 1, foowing an advertised public
hearing, adopted`, Resolution No. IRAB, 54-91, by a 7 to 0 vote,
RECOMMENDING P�l OVAL of\ an a end, ent to the Future Land Use Map
of Ordi ance No. 10544,\ a amended, the Miami Comprehensive
Neighbor"'bd Plan 1989-2060,E as hereinafter set forth; and
WHERE S, the City Comhiission, after careful consideration of
this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the
general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
