WHEREAS, the Miam Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of April 17, 1991, Ite No. 1, following an advertised public
hearing, adopted Resoluti n No. PAB 23-91, by a 6 to 2vote,
RECOMMENDING DENIAL of an endment to the Future Land Use Map of
Ordinance No.` 10544, as mended, the Miami Comprehensive
Neighborhood Plan 1989-2000, a hereinafter set forth, and
WHEREAS, notwithstanding t recommendation of the Planning
Advisory Board, the City Commissi n, after careful consideration

of this matter, deems it`advisabl and 'in the best interest of
the general welfare'of the City of iami'and its inhabitants to
grant this Comprehensive Plan change a hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY E.COMMISSION OF THE'CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA*
