ON JUKE 9, 1991; FURTHER AUTmazING THE ISSUANCE OF THE NECESSARY LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE UNDER THE CITY''S SPECIAL EVENT INSURANCE POLICY FOR THIS EVENT; SUBJECT TO AND CONDITIONED Uri SUCH LIMITATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS AS MAY BE PRESCRIBED BY THE, ADMINISTRATION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MiAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The waiver of dockage fees for available slips at Miamarina in an amount not to exceed $11,900 is hereby authorized for participants in the National Safe Boating Week event sponsored by the U. S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, BASE - South Florida, from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. on June 8, 1991 and from 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. on June 9, 1991. Section 2. The issuance of necessary liability insurance coverage under the City's special event insurance policy for this event is hereby -authorized. Section 3. Such waiver and authorizations are hereby subject to and conditioned upon the sponsor's compliance with such limitations and requirements as may be prescribed by the Administration of the City,of Miami. We respectfully request that an item relating to this event be placed on the City of Miami Commission agenda for May 22nd pertaining to the dates of Saturday June 8 and Sunday June 9.
