A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER ON THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO SERVE THE REMAINDER OF AN UNEXPIRED TERM. WHEREAS, due to the recent resignation of Mr. Mario Pons, Sr. on April 10, 1991, a vacancy currently exists on the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Miami, Florida; - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY r, OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Code Enforcement Board of the City of Miami. Pursuant to the Financial Disclosure law, Chapter 84-318(3), Laws of Florida, and as a member of the Code Enforcement Board, you will be required to file a Statement of Financial Interests form with the Supervisor of Elections, Dade County Department of Elections. Thie vacancy is due to the resignation of Mario Pons, Sr. Section 2-392 of the City Code provides for the nine member Code Enforcement Board for enforcing technical codes of the City of Miami, which, whenever possible shall consist of an architect, a businessperson, an engineer, a general contractor, a subcontractor and a realtor.
