The findings and recitals contained in the preamble of this Resolution are hereby adopted by reference and hereby. incorporated herein as fully set forth in this Section. Resolution No. 89-548. as amended, which ordered the creation of r the Flaglei/Core Area Security District Special Improvement — District is. hereby, confirmed and it is hereby determined that security, -street maintenance, and other similar services shall be provided. by: the -City in the Flagler/Core Area Security tiDis't;rict. Sec tion2. A final assessment roll shall be promptly fired : with. the" City Clerk's Office in accordance with this Resolution andthe'applicable. provisions of Chapter 170, Florida Statutes. Such assessments contained in the said assessment roll are fiereby `levied and stand confirmed and remain legal, valid and nding; special assessment liens upon properties against which such as.sess�aa are made, until paid.
